Welcome new Lakers!

The WLA Draft of Graduating Juniors took place at the Langley Events Centre last night and the Lakers made nine picks throughout eight rounds of drafting.

Here is a list of all the new Senior Lakers who were welcomed into the organization last night.

  • Ryland Rees - 2nd overall - from the Coquitlam Adanacs (Port Coquitlam Saints)
  • Graydon Bradley - 7th overall - from Coquitlam Adanacs (Port Coquitlam Saints)
  • Eric Kratz - 9th overall - from New Westminster Salmonbellies
  • Tyson Kirkness - 14th overall - from Coquitlam Adanacs (Langley Thunder)
  • Brodie Gillespie - 30th overall - from Port Coquitlam Saints
  • Mason Pomeroy - 35th overall - from Burnaby Lakers
  • Matthew Kim - 37th overall - from Coquitlam Adanacs
  • Jordan Gabriele - 44th overall - from Burnaby Lakers
  • Steven Robertson - 51st overall - from Richmond Roadrunners
